Interested in bringing your stall to Ravensknowle Gala?

First – read our terms and conditions to see if you meet our criteria.

Second – Email us at stalls@ravensknowlegala.org.uk letting us know what you sell. We'll get back to you within a couple of days.

PLEASE NOTE;

We have no availability for ice cream traders or fairground attractions.
Charity stalls – we only allow a limited number of tombola stalls. Other types of stalls, perhaps different from the norm, will have an increased chance of booking with us.
Booking is open from January until 1st April.

A guide to pitch fees

The following prices are for guidance only.

Retail pitch 10 x 10 ft - £70
Catering pitch 10 x 10 ft - £90
Registered charities pitch 10 x 10 ft - £40
Extra space per foot - £5
Additional fee to cover administration and traders licence - £5
Gazebos can be erected over the stall - No charge

Limited parking. Parking for one vehicle adjacent to your pitch is included in the pitch fee. (We are sorry but we cannot provide parking for additional vehicles within the Gala site).
